Welcome

I'm Joyce Hanlon, a project manager and owner's representative based in New York City.

I keep complex projects on track and aligned.

I represent ownership's interests across design, construction, schedule and budget — coordinating architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time and on scope.
